Mercedes Benz is making its headway into luxury condominiums and Nazeli Design is here to give you all the information we know. As most, we were a bit shocked to see Mercedes entertaining the idea of this. We also understand how everyone is growing and stepping out of what they're initially branded for. We are very excited to see the turnaround of this new build. 

The Mercedes Benz Places Tower will be in no other than the Brickell neighborhood of Miami. They really said if we’re going to do this we are going to do it right. That seems like the best demographic and also houses so many more iconic high-rises. Montanez gave us all the details in the recent article “The First Mercedes-Benz Branded Tower in the U.S. Is Coming to Miami” stating that it will consist of 791 units on a 67 story mixed-use tower.

It doesn't stop at just housing, the tower will also include spaces for different commercial uses such as offices and various wellness facilities. We are very intrigued to see what the interior of the condos will look like and what finishes they will end up going with. From the exterior we can tell it is going for a modern yet sleek look which feels very similar to their car models. They did mention that the original Mercedes aesthetic will be displayed throughout, aiming for their “sensual purity” vibe (Montanez).   

The expected move in date is said to be in 2027 and they are already opening up for sales with different price ranges for studios to 3 bedrooms. With a blink of an eye that will come and we are thrilled to see the unveiling and all that will come with it. It is as if they are building a brand new community that will entail so much you won't even have to leave. Let us know, would you be open to moving here over other luxury condos?
